  • 1 lb ground pork or 1 lb turkey
  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 12 head cabbage (chopped)
  • 2 carrots (shredded)
  • 5 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 (12 ounce) package egg roll wrappers (large size)
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Directions

    Brown meat, add garlic, soy sauce & ginger, simmer for 5 minutes.

    Mix together vegetables and add meat, mix well.

    Follow instructions on the wrappers package & seal edges with egg.

    Fry for 10 seconds on each side & serve with sweet chili sauce.
