- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
- 1 c. chopped bean sprouts
- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped water chestnuts
- 1/2 tsp. ginger root
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 6 chopped green onions
- 1 raw egg
Directions

1Combine pork, shrimp and onions.

2Cook in 1 tablespoon oil for 3 minutes.

3Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts, ginger, soy sauce, egg yolk, cornstarch, pepper and salt.

4Mix together and place desired amount of filling on skin and roll.

5Paste roll together with raw egg white.

6Heat oil in fryer to 360°.

7Fry until skins are brown.
