Ingredients
- 4 stalks celery
- 4 bunches green onions
- 1 very large cabbage
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef or pork (you can use chicken, if you choose)
- 6 pkg. egg roll skins
- 1 beaten egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- Season-All seasoning salt
- m.s.g. (not necessary)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Clean and finely chop all vegetables.

2Cook meat until done. Put all vegetables in a large pot with oil.

3Wilt vegetables until done.

4Drain in a colander.

5Mix with meat and seasonings.

6Cool until cold.

7You cannot wrap while hot!

8Place 1 tablespoon of mixture per egg roll skin and wrap as directed on package.

9Use beaten egg to seal end of wrap.

10Heat oil in deep fryer and fry until brown.

11Drain, eat and enjoy!

12Freezes well and is great for snacks! Makes 50 to 100 egg rolls.
