- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 carrots, shredded
- 3 potatoes, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. seasoning salt
- 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. dill weed
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain fat.

2Rinse ground beef with warm water in strainer.

3Return beef to stove top.

4Add carrots, potatoes and spices.

5Cook until carrots and potatoes are done, stirring constantly.

6Spoon mixture on egg roll wrapper.

7Roll it up and repeat until all wrappers have been used.

8Fry in skillet with a little oil until all sides are golden brown.

9Makes about 16 egg rolls.
