- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small can mushrooms
Directions

1Saute beef and onions in skillet until cooked. Add sprouts, chestnuts and drained mushrooms.

2Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

3Roll out crescent rolls, flattening with rolling pin. Cut each square in half.

4Place 2 or 3 teaspoons of mixture in each half and seal by folding ends of dough together. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
