- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
- 2 c. green beans (julienne-style), finely cut
- 1/2 lb. ground beef (82% fat-free)
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 c. carrots, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce, diluted with 1 to 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Saute garlic and onions in oil.

2When garlic is brown and onion is transparent, add celery, carrots and green beans.

3Simmer for 3 minutes.

4Season with salt and pepper.
