  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 level Tbsp. dehydrated parsley flakes
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped sweet pickles
  • 2 level Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • mayonnaise (until consistency needed)
  • 2/3 c. finely chopped celery

Directions

    Use a potato masher to mash eggs.

    Add rest of ingredients to eggs and the secret to this delicious salad is chopped celery and pickles as fine and small as you can.

    Then use Kraft mayonnaise as desired and stir well.

    Serve on toasted bread.
