- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 3/4 c. hot water
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small grated onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Add gelatine to cold water; stir until dissolved.

2Add hot water and stir.

3Add lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper.

4Let cool while grinding up eggs.

5Add mixture and mayonnaise to eggs. Pour in dish or mold and chill.
