- 1 pinch Sugar (optional, To Taste)
- Desired Lettuce Or Spinach Leaves (optional)
- 2 whole Wasa 'Hearty' Crispbread
Directions

1Peel hard boiled eggs and discard 3 yolks.

2Mash the eggs, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise, relish, and sugar with a fork to desired consistency. Serve on lettuce or spinach-topped Wasa crispbread.
