  • 4 whole Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoons Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 pinch Sugar (optional, To Taste)
  • Desired Lettuce Or Spinach Leaves (optional)
  • 2 whole Wasa 'Hearty' Crispbread

Directions

    Peel hard boiled eggs and discard 3 yolks.

    Mash the eggs, pepper, mustard, mayonnaise, relish, and sugar with a fork to desired consistency. Serve on lettuce or spinach-topped Wasa crispbread.
