  • 7 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 -2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    Remove from heat, cover, and allow it to sit for 10 minutes.

    Chop the celery and lettuce into small pieces.
