  • 11 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 lb. sausage (1 hot and 1 mild), browned
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Put cubed bread and Velveeta cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add browned sausage to large bowl.

    Add milk, prepared mustard and black pepper to beaten eggs; pour over first 3 ingredients.

    Mix and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
