- 11 slices bread, cubed
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 lb. sausage (1 hot and 1 mild), browned
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Put cubed bread and Velveeta cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add browned sausage to large bowl.

2Add milk, prepared mustard and black pepper to beaten eggs; pour over first 3 ingredients.

3Mix and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
