- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 9 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 12 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Brown and drain sausage; cool.

2Beat eggs and milk; add bread cubes.

3Fold in sausage and cheese.

4Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate overnight.

5Remove from refrigerator one hour before baking.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Cool slightly before cutting. Serves 8 to 10.
