- 4 slices bread
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut bread into cubes or triangles and line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Brown and thoroughly drain pork sausage.

3Spoon over bread, then sprinkle Cheddar over top.

4Beat eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper.

5Pour over mixture.

6Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.

7Best when put together the night before. Refrigerate and cook the next morning.
