- 6 beaten eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 6 slices white bread without crusts, cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 lb. ground sausage, crumbled, browned and drained
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
Directions

1Combine eggs, salt and mustard. Beat together. Add milk, bread, cheese and sausage. Stir to blend. Pour into 8 x 12 Pyrex baking dish (buttered). Refrigerate overnight.

2Place dish in pan of water (1/2 to 1-inch) in preheated 350° oven. Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
