  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Egg Beaters
  • 8 oz. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar
  • diced ham to taste
  • diced onion to taste
  • diced green pepper to taste
  • diced black olives to taste

Directions

    Mix in 9 x 9-inch pan, reserving 1/2 cup cheese for later. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes (until solid).

    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

    Let stand 5 minutes.
