- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 12 eggs
- 2/3 c. whipping cream
- 1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 can mushrooms or sliced fresh ones

1Brown and drain sausage and bacon.

2Butter a 9 x 12-inch pan. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on bottom.

3Break eggs, then break yolks; don't stir.

4Distribute evenly.

5Add sausage and bacon evenly. Pour whipping cream over mixture, then add remaining cheese. Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight.

6Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 45 minutes.

7Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

8Cut into squares.
