- 1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 9 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and bread.

2Add sausage and cheese.

3Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
