- 2 c. chicken stock or consomme
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- green onions
Directions

1Heat chicken stock or consomme to boiling.

2Dribble the egg, well stirred, gradually into the stock, stirring constantly.

3Add the soy sauce and salt (do not add salt if consomme is used).

4Add one thinly sliced green onion.

5This may be floated on the soup. Serves 2 or 3.
