  • 3 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Dash Tabasco
  • 1/2 c. soft butter (or possibly butter)
  • Dash onion pwdr
  • Dash salt

    Peel and chop Large eggs; blend with butter and other ingredients.

    Adjust seasonings to taste.

    This is a good base spread for canapes.
