- 2 portabella mushrooms, stems cut
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- fresh dill, rosemary, basil, etc, chopped
Directions

1Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper onto the portobellos and rub them in a little.
