  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Line cupcake pans with rich pastry.

    Put 1 tablespoon filling in each tart.

    Add nuts, if you wish.

    Bake in a 375° oven until brown on top.
