- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Directions

1Beat egg whites, salt, cream of tartar and vanilla until soft white peaks form.

2Add sugar, gradually beating until peaks are stiff.

3Fold in chocolate chips.

4Cover cookie sheet with brown paper.

5Drop mixture in rounded teaspoons.

6Bake at 300° about 25 minutes.
