- 5 c. flour
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. lard
- 2 egg yolks
- water
Directions

1Mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

2Cut in lard.

3Place egg yolks in cup.

4Fill with water to 3/4 full.

5Add slowly to flour mixture.

6Stir with a fork. Roll out as usual. This freezes well after rolling and put in pan.

7Makes 3 (9-inch) crust shells.
