- 3 cups cold water
- 3 cups raisins & nuts mixed
- 1 1/2 cups lard
- 6 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. soda
- 1 Tbsp. allspice
- 1 can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Mix together and let come to a boil the first four ingredients.

2When cool add the rest of the ingredients.

3Mix well and pour into layer pans.

4Bake in moderately hot oven at 350 degrees until done.

5Put layers together with Powdered Sugar Icing.

6Can also be baked in a loaf pan.
