- 6 eggs, separated
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups Bourbon
- 1 cup jamaican rum
- 1 cup brandy
- 3 pints heavy cream
- 2 cups milk
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until fluffy.

2Beat in sugar and slowly stir in bourbon (if using),rum and brandy.

3Lightly whip 16 ounces of cream then blend all cream into mixture.

4Blend in milk.

5Beat egg whites until peaks form.

6Fold into egg nog.

7Serve.

8(May want to garnish with freshly grated nutmeg on top).
