- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. eggnog
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. rum or orange juice
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Grease and flour 1 large Bundt or 12 small pans.

2Sprinkle nuts in bottom.

3Heat oven to 350° for small pans or 325° for a large pan.

4Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl and beat for 2 minutes.

5Fill large pan completely or small pans halfway.

6Bake small pans for 20 to 25 minutes or large pan for 1 hour.

7Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing to wire rack.
