- 1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1 3/4 c. eggnog (dairy made)
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
Directions

1Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup of the eggnog.

2Heat the remaining 1 1/2 cup eggnog in saucepan.

3Beat egg yolks slightly and stir in 1/4 cup of the sugar.

4Pour a small amount of hot eggnog over egg yolks and mix well.

5Return to eggnog in pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture coats a spoon.
