- 5 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 tsp. butternut extract
- 1 tsp. rum extract
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. canned milk
- 3 c. cake flour
Directions

1Cream butter, shortening and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time. Add extracts one at a time.

3Add flour and milk alternately.

4Use 10-inch tube pan greased and floured.

5(Bundt pan may be used.) Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, then reduce to 325° until done.
