  • 2 sticks butter
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. coconut extract
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 tsp. butternut extract
  • 1 tsp. rum extract
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. canned milk
  • 3 c. cake flour

Directions

    Cream butter, shortening and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time. Add extracts one at a time.

    Add flour and milk alternately.

    Use 10-inch tube pan greased and floured.

    (Bundt pan may be used.) Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, then reduce to 325° until done.
