  • 1 qt. wilted eggplant
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1/2 large bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

    Add tomatoes, slightly cooked.
