- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/8-inch slices
Directions

1Cut eggplant into 1/4-inch slices. Cook in a small amount of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes or until eggplant is tender. Drain well.
