- 1 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 small or large onion
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. sage or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or to taste
Directions

1Peel off outside eggplant and cut into wedges. Boil completely in salted water with pepper and little butter. When soft, drain and set aside.
