  • 1/4 kg minced beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 1 small black pepper
  • 1 salt
  • 1 shreds of pitta bread
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 pinch of pine

    Preheat the oven, and shred the pitta bread into small pieces.
