  • pepper
  • sliced garlic
  • approximately 1 1/2 qt. spaghetti sauce
  • Romano cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • oil to fry
  • 2 to 3 eggs
