- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- Classico Pasta sauce (4 cheese or tomato basil)
- beaten egg + milk
Directions

1Peel eggplant; slice about 1/2 inch thick.

2Dip in beaten egg and milk mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
