  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1 1/2 c. soft bread cubes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. pine nuts
  • 1/4 c. black pitted olives
  • 1 to 2 tsp. drained capers
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
