  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Add milk, seasoning and cheese to slightly beaten eggs.

    Turn mixture into greased baking dish.

    Place in pan of hot water and bake in moderately slow oven (325°) for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm.

    Remove from oven.

    Let stand 3 minutes and unmold onto platter.

    Serve with tomato sauce.
