- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Add milk, seasoning and cheese to slightly beaten eggs.

2Turn mixture into greased baking dish.

3Place in pan of hot water and bake in moderately slow oven (325°) for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm.

4Remove from oven.

5Let stand 3 minutes and unmold onto platter.

6Serve with tomato sauce.
