Eggs Baked With Bacon

  • 2 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • pinch of chives
  • 1 tsp. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. milk

Directions

    Crumble bacon. Brush pan with bacon grease or butter.

    Crack up eggs into pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chives.

    Sprinkle crumbled bacon over eggs and then sprinkle with the bread crumbs. Pour milk over eggs. Bake at 350° for 13 to 15 minutes or until eggs are set.
