  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 3 green onions, sliced

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 eggs

Directions

    Toss cilantro with onion and bacon; set aside.

    Mix chicken broth and milk in large nonstick skillet.

    Bring just to boil on medium-low heat.

    Slip each egg into a different place in the hot broth mixture.

    Spoon broth mixture gently over eggs.

    Cover skillet.

    Cook 5 minutes or until the egg whites are opaque and yolks are no longer shiny.

    Carefully remove eggs from the pan; place 1 in each of 6 small bowls.
