  • 8 slices bread (crust removed), cut in cubes
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 c. milk
  • 2 c. cooked ham, bacon or sausage
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Put into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    In the morning, bake at 450° for 30 minutes or until set.
