- 2 cans tomatoes (cut up)
- 1/2 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. onion (chopped)
- 4 eggs
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut bacon in small pieces and brown until crisp. Drain excess fat. Add tomatoes, onion and garlic to bacon. Heat through. Divide into 4 individual baking dishes. Carefully slip 1 egg on top of each mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
