- 6 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 4 oz. sharp Cheddar, diced
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 12 eggs
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Make a sauce with the first 8 ingredients.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3Hard-cook eggs or cook less time, if preferred. Shell while warm and put in shallow baking dish.

4Surround with the sauce and sprinkle with croutons.

5Reheat if necessary in slow oven (300°).

6Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
