- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 green pepper, sliced into thin rings
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
Directions

1Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

2Drain thoroughly.

3Heat oil in skillet.

4Add onion, celery and green pepper.

5Cook slowly for 5 minutes.

6Blend in flour and seasonings.

7Add milk and stir until thickened.

8Dice two of the eggs into the sauce.

9Pile spaghetti on hot platter.

10Top with hot sauce.

11Slice remaining eggs over sauce.
