- 1 each Bacon
- 1 each Egg
- 1 each Apple
- 1 each Tomato
- 1 slice Low fat cheese
- 1 slice Milk bread
- 1/4 Grounded black peppers
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Butter
Directions

1Set base of log/pie mould with bread

2Slice tomato into coins shape and place one layer of tomato on top of bread

3Lace bacon around side of log/pie mould

4Slice apple into fairly thin but not too thin slice, deseed.

5Heat up butter and melt sugar over low fire.

6When melted, tossed appless into mixture until slightly browned.

7Remove and place two-three layers of apple slices above tomato.

8Repeat if needed more apples

9Crack an egg above apple layers

10Heat up air fryer to 200 for 3 mins.

11And place log/pie into air fryer at 200 for 5 - 8 mins.

12When bacon brown..

13Remove from air fryer and place cheese on top layers.

14When cheese melted, sprinkled grounded black pepper.

15Ready to serve
