  • 300 g gluten rice, soaked in water
  • 50 g dates
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g almonds, blanched
  • 50 g raisins
  • 50 g dried apricots
  • 30 ml cooking oil
  • 30 g honey
  • 120 g sugar
  • 25 g cornflour
  • water, as required
