- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
Directions

1Melt the butter in a large pan and fry the onion till golden.

2Add the ginger and chilli and cook for 3 minutes.

3Add the salt, pepper and turmeric, stir and cook 2 minutes.

4Add the beaten eggs and stir till the eggs are scrambled.

5garnish with the tomato slices and coriander leaves.
