- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped pimentos
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

3Remove yolks and mash.

4Combine yolks, 3 tablespoons sour cream, mustard and salt and mix well.

5Refill egg whites.

6Saute green pepper and onion in butter 5 minutes.

7Stir in pimentos, soup and remaining sour cream.

8Pour sour cream mixture into 9 x 9-inch dish.

9Place eggs on top.

10Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
