  • 1 12 ounces pepitas (roasted pumpkin seeds)
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 ounce water
  • 12 ounce white wine vinegar
  • 12 ounce salad oil
  • 12 teaspoon pureed garlic
  • 1 12 ounces lime juice

Directions

    Place ingredients in blender and blend to a smooth puree.

    For best results, allow flavors to blend for a minimum of 2 hours before use.
