- 12 tomatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 2 large onions
- 2 hot peppers, seeds removed
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. canning salt
Directions

1Peel and chunk raw tomatoes.

2Place in colander to drain (approximately 10 to 15 minutes).

3Chop green peppers, onions and hot peppers.

4Mix everything and bring to a boil.

5Simmer for one hour plus to reduce liquid.

6Place in pint jars.

7Seal and use water bath for 10 minutes.

8Makes 5 pints.
