- 1/2 cup dry Elderberry or 1 cup fresh
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 stick cinnamon (optional )
- 2 tbsp Freshly grated Ginger (optional)
Directions

1Add water,Elderberry, cinnamon and ginger in a pot and simmer for 45 minutes.

2When 45 minutes are up, the liquid would have reduced by half.

3Stain out the berries, ginger, cinnamon stick and let it cool.

4When it cools add the honey and place it in a jar.

5Store it in the fridge.

6It can last in the fridge for the winter season.

7One or two tablespoons is more than enough.
