- 4 oz. fresh spinach leaves
- 2 sm. red onions, finely diced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 egg
- 4 cups white flour
- 1-1/2 cup grated blue cheese (loosely packed)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. rapid rise yeast
Directions

1Heat the olive oil in the pan and sautee the onions until lightly golden.

2Add the spinach leaves, stir well, cover tightly and let sit 5 minutes off the heat.

3Remove lid; let cool.

4Put the onion/spinach mixture at the bottom of the bread machine pan.

5Add water and egg.

6Add flour so that it covers the mixture.

7Add cheese.

8Put salt in one corner and sugar in another corner.

9Put yeast in a small well in the center (but make sure it doesn't get wet).

10Use the regular setting on bread machine.
